Who we are

NoonOS is a product of Ummah Collective Sdn. Bhd., Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia ("we", "us"). This policy covers noon-os.com and the NoonOS application. Questions: admin@noon-os.com.

What we collect

Waitlist & contact. Your email address if you join the waitlist or write to us — used only to respond and to send product updates, with one-click unsubscribe.

Account & workspace data. If you use the NoonOS app: your name, email, and the business data you enter (contacts, deals, projects, finance records). This data belongs to you. We process it solely to provide the service, never mine it for advertising, and never share it with third parties beyond the infrastructure providers that host it.

Analytics. Google Analytics 4 on the marketing site, for aggregate usage insight. It can be blocked without affecting the site.

What we never do

No selling or renting personal data. No advertising trackers. No profiling of your customers' data for our own purposes. No cold email.

Storage, retention & security

Data is hosted with reputable cloud providers under their security and privacy safeguards. Account and workspace data is retained while your account is active and deleted on verified request. Access is limited, encrypted in transit, and logged.

Your rights

Under Malaysia's PDPA — and the GDPR where it applies to you — you may request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data at any time via admin@noon-os.com.

Changes

Updates will be posted here with a new date; material changes will be announced to account holders by email.
