Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 July 2026

These terms govern your use of noon-os.com and the NoonOS application, operated by Ummah Collective Sdn. Bhd., Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By using NoonOS you accept them.

1. The service

NoonOS is a business command-center — CRM, projects, finance and community tools — built for modern and halal-economy businesses. Features may evolve; we will not remove core functionality you pay for without reasonable notice.

2. Your account & data

You are responsible for your credentials and for the accuracy of data you enter. Your workspace data remains yours: you can export it, and you can request deletion when you leave. We claim no ownership over your business data.

3. Acceptable use

No unlawful use, no abuse of the infrastructure, no reselling access, no uploading content you have no right to process. We may suspend accounts that endanger the service or other customers, with notice where practicable.

4. Billing

Paid plans are billed as shown at checkout and renew automatically; you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the paid period. Prices may change with advance notice — never mid-term.

5. Data & halal compliance

NoonOS is built values-first: we do not monetise your data, we avoid interest-bearing mechanics in our own billing, and we design features so halal-economy businesses can operate with integrity — from transparent finance records to Shariah-conscious workflows. Where a question is genuinely religious in nature, we defer to qualified scholars rather than deciding ourselves. Data handling follows our Privacy Policy: minimal collection, no sale, your data stays yours.

6. Warranty & liability

The service is provided "as is". We work hard on reliability but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia; disputes fall to the courts of Kuala Lumpur.
